Whether there are just 2 of you or you are part of an extended family or group, there is accommodation at Mkhuze Game Reserve to suit you. Self-contained units and communal kitchens are well equipped to meet your needs.
The Mkhuze accommodation sites are either unfenced or have limited game proof fencing. It is not advisable to walk beyond your unit after sunset unless it is absolutely essential.
Mantuma Resort
- 6 x two-bed rest huts sharing communal ablution facilities and a kitchen (bring own food and drinks)
- 4 x two-bed chalets, 5 x four-bed chalets and 2 x six-bed cottages (all self-contained)
- Units serviced daily (cooking and washing up not included)
- No electric razor plug points
Tented Safari Camp
- 10 x two-bed and 3 x four-bed tents, each equipped with en-suite facilities, kitchen, electricity, fridge, crockery and linen (bring own food and drinks)
- Units serviced daily (cooking and washing up not included)
Umkhumbe Camp
This is a seasonal camp for a minimum of 4 people which is open between November and the end of February
Nhlonhlela Bush Lodge
- This 8 bed lodge overlooks Nhlonhlela Pan which is lined with fever trees
- En-suite units are connected by a boardwalk to a central kitchen and lounge
- Solar power for lighting (bring own torches and gas lights)
- There is a cook / caretaker at the lodge
- A ranger is in attendance for guided game walks
