The exciting game drives depart 6 times a day with professional rangers and custom built Landrovers (snug blankets are provided for chilly mornings); the scenic horseback safaris depart twice a day with a game ranger on a South Africa safari.
There are 2 000 hectares of indigenous bushveld to explore including a waterhole at the lodge, a mountain dam and a Hippo dam, the reserve has a wide variety of game and more than 100 species of bird. This is the largest game reserve in the southern Cape.
