Inkwenkwezi is situated in the malaria free Eastern Cape of South Africa. The reserve is situated within an area of 100 square km encompassing 5 different biomes (vegetation types) which offer varied game viewing. It is also one of the few reserves with a tidal estuary.
The reserve has four of the Big Five and a variety of antelope as well as Zebra and other predators. A common sight in Inkwenkwezi National Reserve is a herd of Giraffes on the opposite crest of the hills silhouetted against the blue African sky. The reserve is home to an abundance of animals from Rhino, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Warthog, Sprinbok, Impala, Gemsbok and Cape Kudu.
Guests to this pristine reserve will have the choice of residing at any of the 3 luxury camps located within the reserve. Accomodation is in fully-equipped safari tents, each comprising of breathtaking bush views.
Child Policy: Children are welcome at Inkwenkwezi, however, the reserve requires prior notification as it is recommended that children under 12 share accommodation with their parents as the tents are quite isolated.
