The centre can accommodate up to 70 delegates in a well equipped and air-conditioned facility. Audiovisual equipment is provided with a data projector and laser pointer available for hire. Interesting animals in the park comprise Ground squirrel, Cape clawless Otter, Black Backed Jackal, Caracal, the Bat-eared Fox, Leopard and the African Wild Cat.

The Klipspringer (Afrikaans for "rock jumper") is only about twenty-two inches high at the shoulder, and weighs approximately forty pounds.
